We offer Free Shipping Worldwide.

Most of our items ship typically within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email once your items have been shipped. As we ship internationally, shipping times may vary from country to country but typically take around 2-3 weeks. Average shipping times are as follows:

  1. U.S.                   – 12-20 days
  2. Canada             – 16-26 days
  3. Europe              – 15-40 days
  4. Australia            – 10-20 days
  5. South America  – 19-32 days
  6. Israel                 – 19-32 days

Please note that due to unexpected delays, sometimes shipping times can be longer. Please allow one month for the items to arrive in most countries. Tax laws differ from country to country and sometimes your order may be subject to local tax or import duty. Additional fees such as customs charges may also apply. This is the responsibility of the customer and is out of our control. Under no circumstances will The Orange Trade refund or pay for these fees and it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm what charges there may be prior to placing an order with The Orange Trade.

Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@orangetrade.com and send your item back to its sender’s address.

If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, we ask that you please contact us first so we can handle it in the best and the fastest way. To return your product, you should mail your product back to its sender’s address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
